Deliver High-Impact Programs
▪ Increase childhood vaccination rates through data-driven delivery, targeting, and rapid feedback loops
▪ Layer additional health interventions onto RI delivery platforms where cost-effective
▪ Develop and test scalable delivery modalities for increasing vaccination coverage in low-coverage settings
▪ Build a disciplined evidence and implementation learning pipeline for pilot explorations and expansion into new geographies
▪ Conduct representative household surveys across operating areas every 6 - 12 months to assess impact, guide iteration, and identify operational gaps

Develop Operational Excellence
▪ Implement rigorous monitoring, verification, accountability, and operational learning systems
▪ Maintain strong biometrics, enrollment controls, fraud prevention, and audit systems while improving automated detection capabilities over time
▪ Strengthen operational accountability through triangulation of program, clinic, and survey data
▪ Rapidly test, measure, and refine operational approaches to improve delivery quality, consistency, and scalability
▪ Develop operational systems and implementationstructures capable of maintaining quality across diverse contexts and delivery models

▪ Strengthen engagement with traditional, religious, and community leaders
▪ Strengthen vaccine delivery and service continuity through supply monitoring, data sharing, coordination, and practical problem-solving with government partners
▪ Explore scalable implementation models involving governments and local partners while maintaining strong accountability and implementation oversight
▪ Operate and wind down programs in a manner that supports long-term health system resilience and continuity of care

Raise Program Support
▪ Maintain stable program cycles with 2 to 3 years of runway to support health system integration, vaccine supply planning, and responsible wind-down planning
▪ Selectively share operational lessons and implementation insights that may improve vaccine delivery in low-coverage settings
▪ Maintain information and data sharing with governments, donors, and relevant global health stakeholders
▪ Build long-term support for disciplined, evidence-driven, and operationally accountable approaches to improving vaccination coverage
