In Nigeria, routine childhood vaccinations are provided at government clinics free of charge. We work within existing programs and in government clinics.

Our program has three pillars:

1. Cash Incentives
We provide small cash incentives to caregivers after their children have received certain vaccines, which totals ~$11 for all six routine visits.

2. Awareness
We create awareness about the importance of vaccinations and the existence of cash incentives.

3. Support Vaccines Supply
We support health organizations and the government by helping to identify and address bottlenecks in the vaccine supply chain. Learn more.

How the Cash Incentives Work

Caregiver brings their child to a government clinic to receive vaccinations.

New Incentives staff verifies vaccines and provides cash incentives.

Childhood vaccination rates double.

As we've scaled our program, the cost per infant has decreased, and the cost-effectiveness of our program has increased.

To calculate our cost per infant, we divide our total expenses (not just direct program costs) by the number of infants served.

Total Expenses / Total # of Infants Served = Cost Per Infant
