2020 was a year like no other. Despite the many challenges brought on by the worldwide pandemic, New Incentives continued its work to increase vaccination rates among infants and children in North West, Nigeria, through conditional cash transfers (CCTs). Across 7 countries, 170 committed staff members came together to reach infants and their caregivers during the pandemic, ensuring more babies were vaccinated against deadly diseases such as measles, polio, and diphtheria. We are thrilled to announce the release of our 2020 Annual Report.
Here you will find details on New Incentives’ CCT program, the program’s impact, and the evidence from the randomized controlled trial that continues to fuel our work. Find out more here.
On behalf of the over 250,000 infants served, New Incentives would like to thank supporters, advisors, and patrons for their contributions to our success. New Incentives encourages caregivers to protect their babies against deadly diseases, and your contribution has gone directly toward saving lives.
Our impact reports highlight our progress as reflected in infants reached, cash transfers disbursed, vaccinations administered to infants in the program, and estimated lives saved to date.
